PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, PayPal and JCB

  2. Coupon Codes can be used at the time of checkout provided they are valid and have not expired.

  3. We DO NOT accept Cash, Checks or Money Orders

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it in within 30 days from purchase for a full refund, provided any item(s) are returned with the original packaging and in its original condition using the provided return label. Items that are on sale, clearance or special-order items are final cannot and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for a store credit. For any damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

RETURN POLICY

Each delivery will be accompanied by a return label where the item purchased can be returned within 30 days in its original package and undamaged.

RETURN POLICY DISCLAIMER

Any return item will be inspected upon receipt and if they do not meet our return requirements, True Lifestyle reserves the right to recoup a restock fee of no less than 15% up to a maximum of 25% where applicable. We will have the sole discretion on final decisions.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us.  To protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices.   We use a secure server and all online transactions are handled with an industry-standard encryption.  Credit card information you provide is encrypted when forwarded to the merchant. True Lifestyle collects information for the limited purposes of processing orders, to keep you informed about the status of your order and to notify you of new products and special products that may be of interest to you. We will release your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) to 3rd parties to charge your credit card, fill your order and the card-issuing bank to confirm payment. We will also provide your address and telephone information to the delivery service to ensure prompt delivery of your ordered products.

PROCESS AND SHIPPING POLICY

True Lifestyle will not charge additional fees beyond the applicable sales tax and expedited shipping fees per the vendor. Enter the correct address and other accompanying information to have the appropriate fees applied correctly. There may be a delay in your order if incorrect information is provided. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the purchaser to provide the correct shipping address and contact number. We will not be responsible for lost packages if the incorrect shipping information was entered. Please review the details of your order before submitting the information to process. However, please inform us immediately of any mistakes to avoid any delays with your order.

After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped. Orders will be shipped through various mail / package couriers using the quickest and most economical means. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within a few days of purchasing, please contact us at truelifestylellc@gmail.com.

Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on the total package weight and delivery address. Orders placed with free shipping will follow the same schedule for shipping. Note that once your order has left our facility, True Lifestyle LLC will not be liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. TERMS OF SERVICE

We may release account information if we believe such release is reasonable and necessary to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions to protect our property, rights and users.  If we do not receive payment from customers for products ordered, we may submit account information to a third party collection agency.  We do not disclose customer PII to other merchants.

On occasion if asked True Lifestyle may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide PII to the appropriate government authorities.  Upon receipt of a court order, subpoena and / or cooperate with a law enforcement investigation, we will disclose PII.  True Lifestyle fully cooperates with all law enforcement agencies in identifying those who may use our services illegally.  We also reserve the right to report any activities that we believe unlawful to the appropriate authorities.

The True Lifestyle logo is a registered trademark of the United States Patent and Trademark Office and registered properties in the United States and other countries and protected by the law. Unauthorized use of the True Lifestyle logo and trademarks or unauthorized copy of contents from this website without permission from True Lifestyle is in violation of the United States and International copyright law.
