I cannot add a certain product item to my shopping cart, why is that?

All items available are displayed on our website. If you’re unable to add an item to the cart using the “Add To Cart” button, that means the item is currently out of stock. Please feel free to subscribe to our wait list to be notified of restocked inventory. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a date as to when an item will be restocked.


Will you have other phrases?

Yes, we will have other phrases as long as they are aligned to the mission of the True Lifestyle company and brand.


What if you do not have a particular color shirt and / or logo color combination?

As we are always trying to stay current, we will come up with new color combinations and track product orders of which phrases and colors are best sellers.


If I do not like an order I just placed, how can I send it back?

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it in within 30 days from purchase for a full refund, provided any item(s) are returned with the original packaging and in its original condition using the provided return label. Items that are on sale, clearance or special-order items are final cannot and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for a store credit. For any damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.


If I wish to make a return, do you provide return label?

Yes we do provide return labels. For returns of any damaged or wrongly sent items, we will gladly reimburse your purchase price, taxes and standard return shipping cost. Please afix the return label clearly on your return package and we will reimburse you accordingly upon receipt of the package.


I returned an item; can I receive a store credit instead of exchanging or receiving refund?

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you will have 30 days from receipt to return the item for a full refund, provided any item(s) are returned with the original packaging and in its original condition. I made an online order but I have not received a confirmation #?

If an order has been successfully made online, you will be prompted with an order number immediately after the checkout process. An order confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email address on file. If you are uncertain if an order was placed or not, please contact us before trying to replace the order.


Can I make a phone order?

Yes you can contact us 1-272-200-2271 to place an order for a bulk purchase of 10 or more shirts.


I live locally, can I come in to pick up or exchange an item?

All orders must be placed via the e-commerce website and mailed to the addressed provided at checkout.


How do I know what size to choose?

Please use the sizing chart and other product details found under the product image. The chart is used for general reference only, so keep that in mind when selecting your size.


How do I apply a coupon?

Enter the valid coupon code into the “Discount Codes “box and click the “apply” button. The system will then confirm if the coupon has been applied. Only ONE coupon can be used for each order. Note that any coupons offered must be applied at time of checkout. Once an order has been submitted and confirmed online, the coupon cannot be applied. But feel free to use it on a future order if still applicable.


How long will it take for my package to arrive?

All orders will be placed in accordance with the shipper’s standard delivery process.


Do you offer overnight shipping?

We do not offer overnight shipping currently but may do so in the future. Note that any orders placed before Noon Monday through Friday will be processed that day, orders placed after Noon will be placed the next day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.


I am an international customer, do you offer expedited shipping.

We do not offer expedited shipping for orders placed outside of the US due to high shipping costs. At such time that we will in the future, we will let our customers know via the website. But for now standard shipping rates are offered for international purchases using various shipping carriers.


Which shipping company do you use for shipping?

For orders placed in the United States and Terrorities, we use the United States Postal Service among other carriers. For orders outside placed of the US, we use a variety of shipping carriers but be mindful of your country’s import regulations. Tax and duty fees imposed by your government for the delivery of the package will be paid by the receiver.
